We are delighted to have pre-launch information about an exclusive project of 3-bed beach homes in one of La Manga’s most sought-after area.
Continuing the momentum of the Art Deco influence and revival, the architecture whispers a smooth stylish living with accented curves and smooth white render. The fashion continues in and around each of the three blocks, including the communal areas.
Among a host of other attributes, these homes have terraces facing east with panoramic views of the Mediterranean AND west-facing open spaces looking over the unique Mar Menor toward the Spanish mainland.
This simply means that from sunrise to sunset, your luxury modern home is bathed in bright Spanish sunlight.
Additionally, the project one of the few places in the world where it is possible to swim in two seas and see the sun rise AND set over water.

La Manga strip (translating to ‘The Sleeve’) is 21km long and 100 metres wide on average, separating the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) lagoon.
Originally, it was a bay opening into the Mediterranean; at either end, volcanic reefs gradually held back the sand and sediment that was dragged along by the sea currents to form a sandy column of dunes and rock vegetation and long beaches in contact with two seas.
La Manga sandbar is cut off by natural channels that keep the two seas in contact with each other; the so-called golas allow water from the Mediterranean into the lake. As such, the space was untouched until the 1960s, when La Manga was discovered and developed as a luxury resort.
It now consists of five islands and, having shallow protected waters, lends itself to being an international water-based sports hub.
There are sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, canoeing and catamaran schools aplenty. Nearby is La Manga Stadium, known for hosting numerous football clubs from all over the world during the winter months.
In 1994 the Mar Menor was included on the Ramsar Convention list for the conservation and sustainable utilisation of wetlands. It is also part of a Specially Protected Area of Mediterranean Importance and is a Special Protection Area (ZEPA in Spanish) for bird life.
In 2022, Spanish lawmakers granted extra protection rights, making it the first case of an ecosystem protected by rights of nature in Europe. The Mar Menor is now legally represented by a group of citizens, scientists and officials.
